To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Balance payment must be received no later than 6 weeks before your arrival, including the amount of the damage deposit of € 700 / stay.
The damage deposit will be refunded 10 days after your check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted of the deposit.
If your booking is done within 6 weeks before your arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately, including the amount of the damage deposit of € 700 / stay.
All the payments can be paid by bank transfer or by PayPal transfer.

More than 6 weeks prior your arrival : 50% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks prior your arrival : no refund
